Before you start
A few common questions about the checkup.
What do I need for the checkup?
Just the basics in the form. The most helpful thing after that is your declarations page, the summary page of your policy. A photo by text is fine.
Will you try to sell me something?
We'll tell you honestly whether your current policy fits. If it does, we'll say so. If something better exists, we'll show you the options and the price, and you decide.
Do you work with my type of property?
We work with single-family rentals, 2 to 4 families, apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings, short-term rentals and vacant or renovating properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
