What changes at day 60?
On the standard homeowners form, vandalism and glass breakage drop out after more than 60 days vacant. On the standard commercial form, vandalism, sprinkler leakage, glass, water damage and theft drop out, and most other losses are paid 15% less (LegalClarity). Some older or modified policies use 30 days. Your own policy's wording decides.
