Mike is proudly bilingual, serving clients in both English and Spanish with clarity, patience, and genuine care. He brings intelligence, empathy, and—yes—a well-timed dad joke to every conversation. (The legendary sock collection and pun-filled humor are just part of the experience.)

By day, Mike and his wife Amanda—both CanDo pros—keep things competitive in the office. By night, they’re a rock-solid team at home, raising their two energetic daughters and showing up for every practice, event, and family moment along the way.
