Rob has spent over a decade leading teams in the personal insurance world, with experience spanning both California and New York before finding his long-term home at CanDo Insurance.

Now eight years into his CanDo journey, Rob serves as Manager of the Sales Team—and is the person everyone turns to when things feel complicated, urgent, or just plain confusing. Big-picture strategy? Covered. Small, nagging coverage question? Covered too.

He’s known for being down-to-earth, thoughtful, and steady under pressure. His time in California shaped his leadership style—and taught him one important thing about surfing: it’s not his sport.

Today, Rob works directly with his own clients while also supporting the entire sales and service team behind the scenes, making sure everyone has the tools, clarity, and confidence to take great care of the families we insure.
